We’ve been baking cookies for 20 years and we finally figured out a few great cookie secrets by listening to experts like Martha Stewart and Julia Child and America’s Test Kitchens.

Want a cookie that’s soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside – it’s all in the timing.

A great cookie comes out of the oven brown around the edges and looking underdone.

The doughs are packaged in separate bags and carefully labeled.
Doughs keep well in the freezer and are great for snowy day family projects.
Peanut butter cookies are marked with fork cross hatching on the top

Absolutely the best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever

Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop and roll the portions in to balls
Place the dough 2″ apart on parchment paper.
